Try it on your own phone
Two minutes. You'll be a customer of Maple St. Coffee (Demo), then its cashier, and your phone gets exactly the texts your customers would.
1Join as a customer
We just texted you a 4-digit code, so we know the phone is yours. Your welcome text is on its way too: that's what your customers get the moment they scan.
2Be the cashier
At a real counter, staff scan the customer's card or type their number and enter the sale. Ring one up for yourself, then watch your phone.
3Redeem the reward
When a customer shows their reward text, staff tap Redeem. The points come off and a confirmation lands on their phone.
4Text like a member
Reply to any of those texts with:
- POINTS your balance
- CARD your card, with the QR code staff scan
- SHARE a page to invite a friend, and you both get points
5Your side of it
What your staff see on the counter tablet:
When their order comes up, one tap texts them. Switch it on for a rush, off when there is no line.
